How we build our tops and frames

Bring your boat by or call. We talk through what you need and how you use it, then work out the design, materials and cost together before anything is built. Quotes are free.

You work with the people who build it. They listen, make suggestions, and design your piece to fit what’s already on your boat, like a leaning post, livewell or tackle center.

Every piece is fabricated and welded in our Englewood shop by our own crew. Clean, even welds and bends that follow the lines of the boat are what we’re known for.

We install every top with stainless steel tapping screws and stainless steel through-bolts in the console, and we seal and bond every mounting pad to the deck with 3M 5200.

Lights, speakers and electronics are wired through the inside of the tubing, so the wires are protected from sun and salt and out of sight.

We powder coat for a durable finish, in a wide range of colors: match the hull, match the trim, or whatever you like.

When the powder coating on a Skeeter owner’s swim platform, leaning post and T-top had problems his warranty didn’t cover, we told him to bring it down, and we made it right.

Because we build the tops and towers, mounts and boxes for your radar, lights and electronics can be planned into the design from the start. Covers, cushions and tops are sewn here on-site, and fiberglass work happens in the same shop, so the whole project stays coordinated.
